Nice setup DrPepper... 9/10
8/10 6/10 could be more effecient...but good for the interwebz
7.5/10 for a general purpose HTPC, for any kind of post-2006 gaming or hardcore app I would give it a 6 or a 5
Very nice setup there m8
I give yours a 9. I like everything about it except the power supply. Ask POS-PC about Hyper power supplies... you'll want a new power supply REAL quick. He's had Hyper power supplies blow up his rig before.
i have a gaming rig for gaming this is just for fun
Any recommendations.......i was planing on getting a new one because this one for some reason becomes unstable with my OC and all the hard drives i have in it......and i am planing to get another HD.
Plenty of recommendations, but we need a budget to work with.
Here's a pretty good looking budget power supply
higher budget way better PSU
If you can get that PCP&C then by all means do.
Sorry......budget is around $150~$160 US
Also if possible to be modular.....yes i know its not that good but i do not have space to hide all the cable with a regular PSU.
Looks really sweet and a Black one also to match the case.....tomorrow order time.....
This is actually not bad...
Does it have to be modular?
Or one of these:
Thanks guys i think i will go with hat's recomendation. And yeah i want it modular because i do not have the space to spare for the cables and such.
excellent idea. Moderate OC. You build a decent rig! 9/10
+1 i had 3 Hyper PSUs and all 3 of them caused damage. the 3rd one i took out as soon as i got the $$ to get a new PSU. My friend took the 3rd one and it took out his complete rig. atleast it wasn't mine this time... i know they look nice but the looks aren't worth it
parts that were killed by a Hyper PSU on my rig.
Yeah, that's cool. Figured I'd link you to single rail/dual rail psu's, they tend to be better on the pc with efficiency accounted for.
pos I rated you soo many times, but have you hit 3.4Ghz yet on that 4850e? If not, I'm surprised.
yes i have got 3.4ghz but not stable for anything...will try it on my gigabyte board and see how it does.. for some reason the Gigabyte does better then the Biostar with overclocking that chip
1 gb 4670s :shadedshu
10/10 i have that chip on its way back from RMA land
