Razer Mamba scroll wheel problem

Hey everyone I've been having problems with my mamba recently. The issue is that when I try scroll down or up it scrolls down 2-3 lines then up one or two. This makes it impossible to browse or play games. Do you think its grounds for return ?

Have you tried flashing the firmware? If that is fail, then yes. Contact Razer.

Yeah it failed. On the latest drivers and trying to get a hold of razer.

you can't use WIN7 to flash the mamba, try the virtual XP mode or flash it in another PC with 32 bit OS installed
