RBE R290 help!

I have a new msi R 290 gaming twin frozr iv 1ghz card that runs at 977mhz.

The msi gaming app has silent/gaming/oc modes and I think its just bunk.

If I select the oc setting it shows up in gpu-z at rated speed of 1007mhz.

If I upload the bios can someone just modify the 3d clock setting to 1007mhz and leave the rest of the idle and 2d clocks as is already programed in the bios for me?

The Gaming APP seems to me as a dumbed down version of MSI Afterburner, that does nothing except for overclocking the core a couple of notches higher...

It does a good job to at jumping benchmark scores too.. im trying to pump the msi rep for a reviewer bios for our cards. I just hate using an app to get what the cards rated to run at thats all

Go hound the msi rep in my thread I linked you to. He seems cool and might do something for us.and dont let him say about the msi updater will have one when or if its available. . I called bullshit on that in a pm to him so the more poking with sticks I think msi will give us the same bios but just the 1007mhz one..they dont need to change anything else just give us he rated 1ghz that the retail box claims to have.. sounds like wrongfull advertising

Since early cards were unlocking, the flash should still work, you'd think.

what version of atiflash do I use? I flashed the other day using I believe 4.17

I boot into DOS and type
dir
atiflash.exe -f -p 0 the name

says adapter not found? WTH?
