RBE Recognizes BIOS as not ATI

I have a raedon HD 7770 from gigabyte, i want to overvolt it and it does not support voltage control, Can you overvolt using RBE? and whenever i try to load a bios in, it tells me that it is not a ATI Bios Debug:Chevk Vailid error, Does anyone know how to fix this?
