Re-flashed soft brick RX 480 with strange issues...

Hey all,

Could someone shed some light on the issues I'm having?

I soft bricked my Sapphire 4GB RX 480 whilst trying to mess around with memory timings in my BIOS.

No biggie I saved the original BIOS using ATIFlash and used the Paperclip Method to post the card into Windows.

I re-flashed my original BIOS.

Here's the issue, GPU-Z shows no Texal Fill Rates, no GPU speed, hmmmm

Watmann allows me to change the speed and voltages so it shows as running at 1260mhz GPU and 2000mhz Memory no problems.

Windows shows an issue with the device in Device Manager.

I use this card for mining not gaming and when starting up my miner I get 4-5mhz hashrate when before I used to get 23-25mhz pre-modded.

Any suggestions to bring this card back to life from anyone more knowledgable would be great, many thanks.

Go to the mining bios depository thread by @cdawall, id put the stock bios back in.

unzip and then run it. should fix your issue or go with a completely stock bios thats not been modded.

Your first issue was flashing it.

Have gone back to stock but will try that cdawall link as there seems to be lots of BIOSes to try, many thanks.
