Real temp sensor test results questions

Lately, I've been experiencing some crashes on demanding games (more proeminently in The Witcher 3) after half an hour of gaming or so. I'm pretty sure its a heating problem since my computer can generate enough heat to actually change my ambience temperature... It's a furnace in disguise. So I ran Real Temp to find out for certain but for me the results might as well be from an ancient alien civilization. I KINDA get the idea that something is wrong, but I would greatly appreciate any help in understanding it better (result is attached):

Ambience temperature is, most of the time, 21ºC. Again, thank you all for the help!

Yeah that information says your processor is hot enough to throttle. This means it is reducing in speed and voltage to try to cool itself and save its own life.

My guess is you have a cooler full of dust, and likely the chassis is as well. Have you opened it up to have a look inside yet? With 21C ambient temps, you should be seeing temps in the 50s or maybe early 60s at most!

I agree, those temps are way to high for the processor (even at idle) for those ambient temps. Your cooler needs some cleaning and possibly to be re-pasted.

Thanks for the fast reply. I did in fact cleaned everything quite thoroughly last weekend (12/12/15) and also re-pasted (standard cheap paste though, without silver). Maybe I did something wrong, but even before cleaning it I was already experiencing the same problems.

Oh and also, I forgot I have 3 coolers on my video card, one on my processor, on the the power supply and two others . They are all pretty standard, cheap issues though (except from my power supply, which is a corsair).

I would then assume, and I am only guessing, you failed to get all four of the push pins on the stock cooler seated properly.

Whoa...Yeah, after like thirty tries I pinned 2 of them, and since it stopped wobbling I left it this way. Will open it again and certify myself that all four pins are seated properly, and if the problem persists I'll come back here. Thanks a lot, I had no idea that this could cause any issue.
