Reboot over &over

Morning y'all
So I am trying to oc I got stuck at 48x. Once I made changes in bios I save and exit. Pc boot up, and shuts down then just begins to reboot over over. I turn off unplug from wall and pull the battery from motherboard. Wait 3min start pc go bios and M.2 is not coming up and that's where Windows is. What happened?

Can you get into UEFI BIOS?

Sounds like when you reset the bios by removing the battery you lost your boot config. So go in to the bios and select your M.2 as the first boot option and save and exit.
