Recommend a PSU under $100 please?!

So I bought a Rosewill 1000w off Newegg and am RMAing it. I'm having too many problems with it locking up my system while gaming, which directly started after buying this PSU. I have learned my lesson of trying to cheap out on the PSU. So would someone recommend a good one that will run my setup without problems? Specs are on the side. I ran my system before on a Raidmax 730 without problems, so as long as the wattage is good enough to run my stuff, it's all good with me. Thanks in advance!

If you could snag a used Corsair or Enermax PSU on the forums, that would be ideal. Those are my two go-to companies for rock solid PSUs 500W+.

I did see a recent good deal on a used Corsair HX850 on TPU forums very recently I'll see if I can find it. I've had good luck with Corsair, Seasonic, Cooler Master, etc.

Damn he sold it...not surprised tho. But he has a Seasonic 750HT that would be a good deal at $55. But with a higher budget, I'd go for Corsair HX series in all honesty. I've had the best luck with them.

you should pickup one of the PSU's listed above, somewhere around the 750/850 mark,

keep in mind your system will not be pulling even close to 500 watts of power so you have PLENTY of room to expand to dual or even triple video cards should you wish too.

(system in specs dosnt even pull 450watts from the wall, let alone out of the PSU assuming 80% efficient. heavy overclock + plenty of hard drives.)

I'm really impressed by the XFX build quality. I'm running a 750 Black edition, and the quality seems right up there with the Corsair HX series.

I would never buy a best buy power supply unless I was too impatient & maybe had a gift card to waste.

The xfx looks to be your best option so far for the price of what it is it's very nice.

Actually

It's been a very good power supply that has enough power to run anything I throw at it; multiple hard drives, several (6) fans, GTX 460 graphics card, etc. And it hasn't skipped a beat.

So I've been thinking...again...
I bought the XFX P1-650X-CAG9 650W ATX12V 2.2 / ESP12V 2.91 SLI...

I was thinking about canceling the order since I still have the option and getting either
XFX Core Edition PRO750W (P1-750S-CAB9) 750W ATX12...
or
Antec TruePower New TP-750 750W Continuous Power A...

I feel like I would rather have the 750W, in case I ever go CF in the future...
Any thoughts? Sorry to be bothering you all again

For Crossfire/SLI, I would recommend against the Antec, as it has its +12V rail split into 4. A single strong +12V rail is preferable for high-end GPU setups.

The XFX 750W is non-modular, so all cables are hard-wired, while the 650W is modular. My choice from those 3 would still be your original choice. My top recommendation is still a used Corsair HX 750-850W off the forums.
