Recommend me a cheap case with easy access 3.5" bays

I'm looking for a cheap case that has plenty of internal 3.5" bays that are easy to access and have plenty of room between the motherboard and the bays themselves. This could be by turning the bays 90 degrees so they can be accessed from the side or by an opening in the front so they can be easily removed without the cables being in the way.
There should be at least 6 bays, though 12 is a plus.

I don't care about material or any other features. It may be butt ugly for all I care.

So, who can recommend me one?

Lower the better. I sort the pricewatch on price. Though it's hard to determine how all thes ecases look on the inside. Pictures are a bit lacking and it's not listed as a feature I can search for.

Edit: It does need to be ATX btw. That might be relevant :p

Interesting, using the same case without those 3.5" bays currently. Seems he modded those in. I shall bid on that.

Those 3,5's came standard in mine as well... Might be a slightly different model?
Either way, good luck :)

Apparently, mine had 2 square boxes that you could take out originally. I took them out because they were crap. Been actually considering looking for bays that I could mod in there myself.

Those 3.5" bays are not easy to access, which is basically the only think I'm looking for.

Edit: a centurion might do.

And it's only 30 euros new. Exactly what I'm looking for. If that dragon isn't going to be mine for 40 I might just go for the elite 310.

Edit: The Fractal Design XL indeed is even better, but costs 122 euros, that's 4 times the price. SO unless there is a similar design for half the price the elite 310 seems the better choice.
