my card has the exact same design, while being branded as a club 3d .
I can tell you that its actually not the reference design, and that the temperatures all all fine, even when overclocked to close to 1200MHz on 1,27V. The VRM's and GPU will top out at close to 85-90 degrees, which is fine for a graphics card really.
The downside of this card is indeed its cooler. The fan has to work really hard in order to keep things cool when overclocked, and will reach a quite high RPM, and high noise levels.
On stock settings its totally fine though, as you can read in the review I linked below.
But again, this is not the reference PCB. I can prove it with my own pictures once i get home if you want proof.
