Refresh sensors for all cards

As discussed with CP on email, sensors are polled only for currently selected card in GPU-Z.

Add a checkbox in settings (default off) to enable all sensors all the time, so no data is lost when switching between cards

Was this supposed to be a reply for a thread or such?

Also related, does GPU-Z support reading the extra sensors (there are 9, if I’m not mistaken) on EVGA FTW3 cards?
