Try Autoruns.
Start Autoruns, click on the "Explorer" tab, look for an entry like "ACE Radeon Settings: Desktop Control Panel , by "Advanced Micro Devices, Inc." and un-check it. This should disable it.
Check and see if it is gone. If not, look for another entry on the page for "Advanced Micro Devices, Inc." and un-check that one. Put the check back on the one you want.
The blue highlighted below is for the main "AMD Radeon Settings". I don't have the Additional Settings on mine, so you will have to find it. It should be there somewhere.

There should be an option when you open the AMD control panel for "context menu options",( or something similar) just disable it

1. Download Nirsofts ShellExView: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html#DownloadLinks
2. Find the problematic item via search (Ctrl+F inside ShellExView) and disable it (F7 inside ShellExView or right click -> disable)
3. Restart Windows Explorer (Ctrl+E inside ShellExView)
You might need to repeat the steps after driver reinstall ...

have you tried uninstall the driver then installing again, it looks from what you check when you install the driver

When you click on the "Additional Settings", does it open? If it does then, try to click the "pin" icon and see if it is removed...
