removing corrupted or non valid program

i have PC with windows xp my sis gave me and went to remove a program and uninstallation will not continue,says Uninst.isu is not valid or the data has been corrupted. is there a way to remove this with CMD and what do i do. i dont know very much about PC's Thanks to anyone who can help with this issue

I would install Ccleaner and run it. It may not fix everything but I'm sure you can regain a LOT of space on the hard drive.

You can try deleting it manually (if you know where everything is at) or you can try a program like Revo Uninstaller.
