Request: Two Worlds on 7600GT

So you played it? Will you say it's better than Gothic series?

Two Worlds died at maximum setting on my 7600GT. I could only get it to play at Medium, with Field Depth on (which just blurs everything).

I did not enjoy the game at all, neither did I enjoy Gothic, especially the 3rd, which was so bug-ridden I had trouble playing for more than 15 minutes at a time.

Two Worlds could have been a good game, but it wasn't.

Check out my screenshot http://www.filespoint.com/point/7914662/TwoWorldsDemo_2007_08_22_14_59_05_78.bmp.html click proceed to download file then click download ready then open.

My catalyst manager settings was on 16xAA, 16xAF and everything there is maxed out but I also maxed out everything in the in-game vidoe option exept for "field depth" on 1280x1024 resolution.

I got 16 frame rates per second at average but no sudden stutterness or sudden lagg spike up. It was 100% playable unlike Gothic 3, in gothic 3 even in the lowest of the lowest.. the minimum setting I still get 10fps with stuttering lagg but in Two Worlds I get 16fps with no suddne lagg spike on the MAXIMUM setting and playable! You can click my "System Spec" to see my specs but I can still write it manually...
- Athlon64 3200+ winchester
- 1.5gig ram
- x850xt
- 49gb avalible space

So far I Like this game. Combat doesnt feel unrealistic and clumsy animation mindlessly swinging swords with straight arms no bending lilke gothic 3. This is definitely better than gothic 3 but cant say the same to Oblivion since I never played it.

Just want to compare others newer mid-end card to my high-end last gen card on this game and just want to compete... and see how strong is my card truly is even if its an older card.

@Darknova do you remmeber whats your frame rates when you got when you had it on max settings on your 7600gt?

oh yeah I heard many people choose 7600gt over x850xt... so thats why I want to see mainly 7600gt performance on this game.

Less than 15fps. I had 1Gb of Memory, a 3000 clocked to 2.6Ghz.

What annoyed me most was the voice-acting and the jaggedness even with AA on.

I see.. yeah I do agree I still see some jaggness especially in the main menu top down trees. So you had under 15fps on max settings... but it is not playable with stuttering choppiness correct? guess its your 1gig ram as I have 512mb advantage. Do you happen to take a screenshot when you were on max settings on 7600gt? now just want to compare image quality.
