Hi there!!
I am reseting a laptop acer aspire to factory condition and the information came up on the screen :

"A configuration change was requested to clear rhis computer's TPM (Transfer Platform Module)
WARNING: Clearing erases information stored on the TPM. You will lose all created keys ans access to data encrypted by these keys.
Pres YES to clear the TPM
Press NO to reject this change request and continue
Do you accept change
Yes. No

So i cannot press YES or NO because the laptop keyboard and the mouse are both not working.
Don't know what what to do .
Could someone help me hpw to splve this problem??
Many thanks.
Regards from Bristol.

No another laptop does not help
you need at least an external Keyboard
Borrow one ? from a family member or neighbour or buy one from goodwill

hint take laptop to goodwill and plug a keyboard into laptop to test!
