They finally went back to their roots and I am in love with this game. I am amazed they released it for such a reasonable price..
The game is so much fun. It is such a throw back to old RE games. The color palettes are old school and creepy.
The graphics are nice.
It feels like being in the mansion all over again from RE1.
I could not be happier with the outcome..
If you have the open mic problem. Just set your windows default "Communication" audio device to something that is NOT in use or does not work. That will effectively disable in game voice.
Then you can use something like teamspeak or vent to talk with people, just by choosing the audio device, you actually want to use for voice.
Enjoy.
