ROG CROSSHAIR VIII HERO (WI-FI) BIOS 1201
01. Fix a compatibility issue with the ASUS-ESTX II-0074 sound card
02. Update TCGStorageSecurity Module to support TCG Pyrite 2.0 Devices.
03. Fix some boot issues with NVME devices.
04. Update auto-rules for CPU and Memory overclocking
Before running the USB BIOS Flashback tool, please rename the BIOS file (C8HW.CAP) using BIOSRenamer.

I just updated to 1105 like day before yesterday (I had vanilla).
#3 is interesting, when I used r5 2600 on this board I had that issue once or twice actually.
Since I swapped for 3950x it doesnt seem to be a case atm.
Might let it sit a bit, see what 1105 brings to the table

tbh havent had time for proper testing except couple rounds of prime95 to see how hot it gets and if my loop can handle.
updating from vanilla to 1105 was like heaven and earth difference.

quite a pickle eh.
I went with more expensive 3600mhz 16-16-16 so I had peace of mind there.
will be trying to bump them 3733 this weekend though

I should quit my job so I can play with my PC freely :laugh:
