ROG skin version issue

Look at the title skin: there's a line of trashed pixels below TechPowerUp...

This has never been fixed: the top bar of the ROG Skin version shows 1-2 lines of trashed pixels. Probably the bitmap is incorrectly applied too high, or spacing has changed since Windows 10 new UI.

2.15.0 still shows the glitch with 1 transparent line of pixels in the drag bar.
How can I help you fixing this glitch (won't take more than 5 mins if I had the bitmap)…?

This has never been fixed: there's an empty/transparent line under the toolbar texture in the ROG version!

May I help you to fix it?
If you give me the skin files (PNG or whatever) I will quickly fix it.
