Ive been trying to get my display to show on my new build so I can get to my BIOS and get this thing going, but everytime I start up the build my monitor says HDMI no signal. Took it to Geek Squad, said it was probably a motherboard issue. Is there any way to fix this or am I sending it back?

Did Geek Squad try the system with another CPU or GPU before coming to the conclusion it may be the Motherboard?
Assuming your PSU is ok then there is little else we can suggest apart from swapping components out to test, other than RMA the board.
