Running dual TESLA configuration & monitoring with GPU-Z

Made a little upgrade for my Lenovo C30 with additional card, now running 2x TESLA P4 in my build:

Problem: the GPU-Z app does not distinguish 2 cards, when you have same cards in the system. So the temp. control is not working for GPU's (for the moment). Can someone from tech team have a look?

2nd problem: could not use different monitoring temp. sensors with other tools, such as Tthrottle FREEWARE app, for monitoring BOINC. Only can select data from current monitoring GPU in GPU-Z.

Yes, I see them both...though, running them both - makes GPU-Z with less information & some information not available (GPU or VRAM clock), see here:

Also, can't see some info of the memory available:

Drivers installed are for RTX 4000 , but also can't see the VRAM:

Submit a validation from one of the P4's and get me the Id (in private message is fine, too)

Looks like these are running in TCC mode?
