RX 560D is a Crippled RX 560 very much doubt whether your gain anything from flashing the Bios apart from Potentialy a expensive paperweight bricked Card

By all means you can try but many a member here will tell you not to
Sell it as it is and upgrade to a better card or leave it Alone

dorsetknob, actually a 560D is just a 460. I believe the 560 was a 470.

Not so sure myself Both Teams Rebadge and rename cards to "maintain Sales" but above shows some spec's and the GPU die is probably the Same but laser cut to use Defective Dies for a Economy Card's

Sell the card and buy a 570or higher, some manufacturers don't specify which version the 560 is.
