Rx 570 max vram at 1750

Tried uninstalling driver using amdutility and install the latest driver it's still stock at maz mem clock. This happened when i start overclocking my gpu and crash restart may pc please help me thanks

Try using DDU to uninstall the drivers in safe mode, then reinstall the latest version from AMD.
