Yes i from Cuba and my natural language is the spanish i am giving my max effort…sorry

Your talking about testing cables but have you just tried a different display cable from what I read your problem just sounds like a damaged dp/hdmi cable.
I test with 2 cablea hdmi and 1 display port and the problems still

Could you give us a more detailed insight of anything similar happening before you installed your current graphics card?

Also, how long is "a while"? If it's 1-3 seconds than it's probably the initial syncing delay, if it's anything longer than that it has to do with the graphics card itself.

You checked everything else and presumably the original problem still persists.
Not seconds sometimes is hours sometimes is days i need shutdown and turn on 30times maybe more

I am not blaming you, i understand that this can be difficult.

It just makes it a lot harder for people to help, when they can not understand the details of the problem.
And I feel like you are also not fully understanding all the suggested steps.

This looks good - nothing wrong to see here. So far so good.

Please post another screenshot of GPU-Z from "Sensors" tab.

1) click on this "?" button:

Is anything in the system overclocked? we could use some detailed system specs - you can fill them out here

Anything modified is worth mentioning, as black screen crashes can be caused by hardware, BIOS settings, and even software changes (especially overclocking/underclocking)

black screen crashes
As far as I understood the problem description:
- PC is working fine until turned of (manual shutdown)
- then the next time the PC is turned on: display stays black (no signal)
- and somehow "leaving it on" for a while and then switching it off/on solves the issue

At least that is how I understood it, after reading the description provided.
I don't think he has crashing issues - it is rather the display signal that is missing after restarting the PC.

---

my current guess:
1) either strange BIOS settings
-> (reset CMOS?)

2) or chipset driver missing
-> (reinstall AMD chipset driver?)

3) maybe he used AMD driver installer without clean install
-> (clean install with DDU in Safe Mode?)

that screams CMOS to me as well, replace the BIOS battery, optimised B IOS settings, enable XMP

But everyones talking about post-boot situations

on the motherboard it stays on the vga led only when I turn off the pc for a while
Just read all his responses again and found this quote.
So the system gets stuck on the VGA debug LED but only after the PC was turned off for a while.

When I turn it off and it passes a while when I turn it on it does not give video I have to leave it on for a while without video turn it off and turn it on again so that it can play video.
So the PC is working and then he turns it of and leaves it like that, lets say over night.
And the only fix he found is to leave it on (and stuck on VGA debug LED) and then restart after "a while".
... and this seems to then result in normal boot with no issues.

so I changed the motherboard and the ram and the same problem persisted, change the monitor too
Problem seems to be the same on 2 different motherboards, 2 different RAM types, 2 different displays used.

---
If this is all happening exactly like that, I would think it is rather graphics card hardware related...
Or maybe the "seasonic focus gold full modular 850w" PSU has issues?

Get the card in another system out of the place you are staying,or just contact card maker and attempt an RMA.

Even if you have to pay for it.

Being in Cuba it could be very well the power grid is intermittent and causes anamolies

Hm yes, I would try that as well before switching to another PSU.
@morapp90 are you able to test your graphics card in another computer? (friends or family)
You could also test another graphics card in your system to see if the PSU is at fault here.

If the PC runs fine on high GPU load for ~3 hours, but fails to boot after long time with no power,
then I would guess it might be related to hardware (capacitors maybe) and not power grid in general.

---

I mean it is all just guess work right now, until he tested another graphics card with that PSU,
or his graphics card with another PSU.

You still havent filled out your system specs in the link i gave you. Seriously, we cant help you if you dont give us the correct information.

'corsair vengeance rgb pro 3000mhz 2x8gb' - a good start, but which set? there are dozens.
older corsair RAM has serious issues on ryzen, can you get the exact timings and model number for these?

CPU-Z screenshots from both the memory and SPD tabs would help here so we can see what it SHOULD run at, vs what it IS running at

Mine as an example for the pages we need

In both motherboards, try the same thing and nothing follows the problem. Even at the steel legend, update the bios. All I need is to update the graphics card bios, and I have everything ready downloaded from this same site, but I need to consult with people who know more than me
try falling back to an older Motherboard bios like the last most recent version or two. not the up to date latest , but like 1-2 version back/// I did this on x570 aorus master i went to F34 (adds 5000G APUs) buy had mnay new issues even monitor flickering. i reverted back with bios flashback ( fat32 formatted flash drive with bios file (ex. X57AM.f32/F33) ( if using flashback rename to (gigabyte.bin) for gigabyte) check your manual for your Mb type/version if u have Flashback Function!. My pervious versions1 and press the button on back the usb disk in BIOS usb port, press FlashBack button and wait till light stops flashing, reboot and wala.. every tings fine, reset bios/uefi mode setting Fclock Ram XMP F & u clk Divider 1:1:1 mode and done

no isues anymore

Now that i can see the specs, 3600Mhz RAM might well be too high for a ryzen 3600, speeds above 3200 are overclocking and definitely not guaranteed

Turn XMP on, then drop the RAM down to 3200Mhz and see what happens
