Rx 580 2048sp, freezing and crashes

Hi, I buy a Rx 580 2048sp Jishou from Alliexpress and she never work well, everytime I install a driver, just frezzes image and black screens, someone can help me? The chip ID is: 215-0876204 and looks like a rx 470. And memories is Micron, 0RB77D9VVR
I Tried a lot of bios, from Rx 580 2048sp from Micron memories, but dont resolve.

Thank you my friend, but I've already tried that two Vbios. Doenst work :( I think that GPU is broken. That red thing in vram memory, looks like a very bad work. Maybe is the problem, I dont know...

Since those failed that gpu is broken. Return it and buy a brand new 6500xt from amazon
