RX 580 Pulse 8GB with the fan in 133%.

Hello guys!

I bought a RX 580 Pulse 8GB mining. After running a benchmark test, the fan gets 133% making a loud noise.

The driver is current and no setting has been made on the catalyst.

Is the bios version correct?

I appreciate who can help me.

You're forcing it to run hot.
Outside of that horrible program does it run hot?
If not your problem is only that stupid program that does nothing but cause your GPU to run hot.

Without playing the temperature and fan are normal. I did the test with a game and the fan quickly reaches 100% +. I think it's not normal.

for gaming no that isn't normal it looks as though it has a mining BIOS installed on it not the normal Pulse BIOS which can be found here

1st restore original bios, 2nd test with heaven benchmark about 1-2 hours and that's it.

Is this the correct bios for my board?

1st restore original bios, 2nd test with heaven benchmark about 1-2 hours and that's it.

I flashed the original bios and the problem continues. Any ideia?

Have you tried flipping the Bios swtch?
Maybe it has the need of TIM
Could be in need of replacement or there could be to much on there or heatsink isn't on there properly.

As above. Take it apart and clean it well. A fresh application of paste wouldn’t go amiss either.

Reviews seem to have it pegged at around 70 to 75 degrees under load, for what it’s worth...

Stop running furmark

Here are bios files that match your specs and are official.

With your card being mined with, it's good to flash one of these 2 bios to your card.
