Hi and Thank you to everyone who is reading this!
I've got a RX580 8gb from Powercolor. I didn't make any change on my build but since 2 weeks ago I've been noticing that my GPU isn't working well.
I've got lots of fps drops and the pc runs really slow so I decided to stress the GPU and that was the output of the benchmark. In the photo you can see the fluctuations on the temperature but you can't see that the load of the GPU is fluctuating too much from the 20% of load to the 100%. Help me please. My full build : Gigabyte B450 DS3H , RX580 8gb powercolor, Ryzen 5 2600, team group delta 2x4gb ddr4 3000mhz and crucial ballistix 2x8gb 3000mhz, EVGA 500w plus.

How are your games running?
Horrible! it makes no sense, two week ago I was playing the witcher 3 in 60-70 fps and now 2fps , minecraft only 12fps

Sometimes I noticed that the graphic card fails , and when that occurs I listen like it was trying to move the fans but it fails every time. It sounds like pulses or something like this. Something like if the power was not enough and it was trying to run both fans constantly.

So you'd have to rethink what has been changed 2 weeks ago?

Sometimes I noticed that the graphic card fails
What do you mean with "fails", blue screens, errors, PC crashes while gaming?

You are right but, i didn't made any change on the computer. The most approximate change that I made was 2 week ago when I installed a new ssd in my friends laptop and I use my pc to copy all data from his old hdd to the new ssd using SATA

I've done that a bunch of times and I never had a problem.

Your SSD might be almost full? If so it can slow down the PC.

Thank you for your reply! I made it 3 days ago, I thought that this could be the problem but when I opened the card to saw how was the thermal paste it was in good conditions. I cleaned all the card and is working bad

Hi Friend , I dont understand nothing. I unistall everything with the DDU , and then the pc installed the generic drivers , I tried to run the furmark test and then it rans well. When I tried to show the FPS in the Witcher 3 game with MSI Afterburner it counted only 2 FPS but when I closed the MSI Afterburner the game works well with my 70 fps. I dont have any AMD Adrenalin software. That could be the problem?
The AMD software was the problem???

Once you've uninstalled all the GPU drivers using DDU you then need to install the GPU driver again

try using these they're alot more stable than the standard drivers

Do NOT test with FurMark.

Test with benchmarks such as 3DMark, Unigine Heaven, Ungine Valley, Unigine SuperPosition.
If the tests are mostly fluid and you do not get many FPS drops/stuttering, that is Okay.
If during the tests you get sudden drops of FPS, dropped frames, stuttering/etc, then go back to usual FPS, there may be an issue.

When tests are over and you get a score, compare your own test score results with those of similar computers i.e. ones with the same Radeon GPU, and same or similar CPU.
If the test scores of yours are much lower than those for others, there may again be some kind of issue - whether with your actual GPU, or could be motherboard or PSU too. :)

Thank you , the problem with the fps is resolve and I'm actually getting a good results with 3DMark. But I think there is a hardware problem in the graphic. Sometimes the image powers off and the graphic card tries to start the fans and it can't start them... Maybe there is a problem with the VRM?
I don't think there is a problem with the PSU or with the MB because I asked a friend if I can use their graphics card ( rtx 2060 KO ultra EVGA ) and I made a stress test for 1 hour and it worked well...
