I was wrong, chances are you will end up with a board requiring you to update the BIOS unless it's new stock.
Yes, the board should already have the necessary BIOS flashed out of the box. The only way it wouldn't work is if it's really old stock. The 3200G is a rebranded Zen + the same as a 2200G just with faster CPU/GPU clockspeeds.
If you're buying the board locally in person instead of online you could have a look for the badge on the box.
