If you don't need 32GB sell the worse kit, it's not likely to work at the speeds of the best kit and very likely to be a pain in the ass.
However if you feel you must do it sensibly start with reasonable timings and 1.35 volts at 2833MHz and work up to your issues.

Its harder to get it stable with 4 sticks... and add on top of that the different pairs = more difficult.
But you can try

Are both pairs 3200MHz?

If you install both pairs I suggest to disable XMP, set DRAM voltage to 1.35V and start with a low frequency like 2833~3000MHz. If you try it with XMP/DOCP enabled then the profiles of the 2 pairs may conflict each other.
If you manage to get into windows open Thaiphoon software and read specifications of both pairs.
Post them here...

PS:
You should fill your profile with the PC specs as detailed as you can and allow others to see it if you like. Helps all to help you...

Either it's going to work or not. Stick everything in and run at stock. Does it work? Cool. If not just go back to how it was.

I think the LPX kit will be the weak point here, test them out and see, sell the weaker kit, buy another of the same set that you decide to keep or heck sell both and get 2x16GB kit that plays nice with Ryzen

Update.

So i tested the 3200 kit first and set the xmp profile in the bios, then added the 3000 kit. Now they both run at 3200 without problems

Furthermore i overclocked the ryzen 3600 to 4.5 at 1.325v ... Looks like i got lucky, right?

There is nothing wrong with running dispirate sticks of RAM 4.5 on a 3600 is super impressive.

Its nice indeed, but how is your watts/currents and temps at 4.5GHz/1.325V?

Oh, and HWMonitor is not worth a penny. Use HWiNFO "sensors only" mode.

Now I am even more impressed. You should try HWinfo that gives you a better idea on what exactly is going on.

I know the B550 Pro is not the best VRM but maybe something in the B550 boards does allow for higher clocks on Zen 3 parts?

Its not that bad. At stock boosting a 3600 all core load is about 86~88W
88W is the max PPT limit for 3600.

Still I would like to see a screenshot of HWiNFO under full load.

Indeed I may be getting a new MB and putting my current one (MSI X570 Pro) in a customer build. I am leaning towards. I might just get a 5600x and put my CPU in a B450 or X470 board for the customer build.
