they look fine from here the ones to really keep an eye on are [05] Reallocated sector count (BAD Sectors) and [C2] Temperature and they are fine at the moment so don't be worrying about those HDD's

Youre fine. The main thing to keep an eye on is 'reallocated sector count' because that means your hard drive has bad sectors and wont write to it. You can repair bad sectors with windows scandisk or chkdsk but if the number gets bigger (more sectors reallocated) that means that your HDD is dying and you need to back your stuff up right meow and replace that HDD.

Yeah, the top one with the most use is a Datacenter drive, designed to stay powered on all the time, so I'm less concerned about how long it's been on. The other two are WD Blues, but much less usage on them. All look ok. Can't guarantee they won't crash overnight, but nothing in the SMART log shows concerning.

Yeah C2 isn't really a main concern but 05 will be a critical part keeping an eye on but for now All is OK

not always, i got lot hdd instaled on offcie, bad news my office pc doesnt have any single fan, we low on budget, each storage has been used for 5years 0ld or so, not even single is die, so temp isnt the main issue

Just FYI, if your Hdd has errors on it or heavy tear, the green icon will turn yellow or red to notify you.

over 55c for newer HDD's older ones 45~50c for extended periods of use over that and you start running out of air pressure inside the casing allowing the heads to get unreasonably close to the platter where vibration can cause head crash
