Sabrent nvme health is 90%

Hi

I noticed lately that my sabrent nvme has health of only 90% !! I used other nvme and health never go under 98% how sabrent reached that low ? I use HD Sentinel

Is it your main drive? Health drops because of the amount of read/writes performed. So if this is the main OS drive, or one you install games to or whatever the case may be, the health will go down at a higher rate than a drive that isn't used as much.

yes windows and games drive. I had samsung once as main OS drive but it did not go like that

I'm betting your pagefile is also on there and set to system managed which will constantly be writing data to it

yes. will change to fixed value now

I usually change mine to an old sata 240gb ssd I have installed instead of the newer nvme drives, rather it wrote the data to that

I would say that is on the high side though without knowing how you use the drive that would just be a general opinion, having the pagefile constantly write to it as well as everything else that the os does, browser cache, updates, etc all will contribute, though if it has a 600tbw then the 90% is in the ballpark and should still last you years considering you've already had it for 3

Kinda sounds about right at 10% with the details you given how ever it's not time used.

What i find odd with mine is that it lost 1% on the same month\day in 2023 and 24
