I was checking my FSB with CPU-Z v1.39 the other day and noticed my processor voltage was jumping between 1.390V and 1.456V.:wtf:

What I want to know,is this reading accurate and is this safe/normal?
Also is there a better way to measure this with a multimeter to obtain a more accurate reading?

If it is a problem would it more likely be motherboard or PSU related?

That usually means your mosfets are getting abit hot, try cooling them abit better, maybe put some heatsinks on em ;)
