Yes, I have saw a video about that. Impressive! 450MB Write 400MB Read, extraordinary.

Are SanDisk SSD recommendable?

SanDisk and WD is the same hardware, so...
The cheap ones, I'd say no, but the higher-end stuff is pretty good.

I thought Hitachi makes good SSD.

But with Sabrent 1TB Rocket M.2, it saves me lots of trouble and money getting SSDs. However, I wish to get a LARGE 5.25" hd for storing games

Hitachi? I don't think they make anything computer related any more... At least not for consumers.
If you mean HGST, then they're also a division of WD.
