Sandy Bridge motherboard

I need a board for a 2600K.

Which would be the best board for me keeping in mind the following requirements (in order of importance):

1. Allows me all options to overclock the processor as far as the processor goes (do not want to be limited by board).
2. Under $200
3. NB/SB/VREGs stay cool. Will potentially have waterblocks in the future for the chipset.

asus this price range had 12+2 vrm thets the reasen to the suggestion

and this board can do 2200(O.C.) mem to , athers in this price; not.

Please correct me If I'm wrong, but SB CPUs can be unlocked only on P67 chipset MBs right?

That does seem to be the case. Not sure if it applies to the K versions though.

im sure they do, this midrange cpu-s anyway, i woud wait if i want high end pc.. but dont want
