Generally PSU's are a good example of you get what you pay for, buy the cheapest 450w, the likely hood of it going bad is higher, buy the most expensive 450w, could last longer than you would need it. With that said, if the pc chassis came with a 450w or greater PSU, you should be fine, but swapping it out for a better model would be beneficial.

The Corsair CX series are a decent line for more budget than enthusiast/performance based PSUs. From all the reviews I poked through before I grabbed one, they are pretty well recommended for home/office pcs to basic gaming rigs.

I just think for a gaming rig the power supply isn't as good and usually $20 more you can get a xfx power supply

so what about XFX ProSeries 550W PSU 80 plus Bronze is it good enough?!

That will do just fine. You could even crossfire another 7770 with that PSU. I will have mine up for sale soon...
