Actually it clears it out.

Look like you are on the software control position, its there by default (out of the box). This means you can switch between the 2 modes ("Performance" and "Quiet") by the TRIXX software. Requires a restart to take effect.
If you dont have the TRIXX you should install it, so you can have full control of the card.

The differences between the 2 modes are:
1) Clocks
2) Fan speed
3) Power draw
4) Temperature

The "Performance mode" raise all the above 4 aspects

I guess you are talking about one of these screenshots . What i need to do exactly ?

What's your ambient temps? Is there good airflow around the case or is it recycling it's exhaust air?

For me with ambient temps around 25C(75F), mine tops out at 76C

Dont mind that... I didnt see the pic before...
I'm not really familiar with the software. I dont have sapphire card, but I will buy 99% the same card at some point.
I can see at Dashboard page that you are on Performance mode. VBIOS selection: Primary BIOS

Are you sure that you cannot improve case air flow? And you should have room temp monitor with something, to know whats going on anytime.
If there is nothing to be done with the case then your only option to decrease GPU temp is to select the quiet mode at VBIOS selection, and restart the PC.
This will decrease the clock speed of the GPU and will decrease the power draw and so the temp by few degrees. But you will lose some performance, like a few %.
Its up to you...

And make sure, like @Totally said, that the case is not recycling the exhaust air.

We already cover the "What's your ambient temps?" and he doesnt know...

Okey guys , thank you for everything. I have solved my problem , it was about my case. I have changed my case. I have bought a Thermaltake Commander Snow C31 .
When I play Destiny 2 i see 59-60 degress temperatures . Do you have any bad ideas about the case ?
