Hi guys ,
First , i m sorry about my english , i hope you can understand what i mean .
I will share my sistem . And also i play only ' Destiny 2 ' . And i see 82 degress temperature . Is it normal ? Is there anything to do ? Can you give me any advices about it ? And also what about if i change my global wattman settings like this. If i make it like this, i see max 75 degress. Are these settings effect health of fans ?

Here are the Temp charts from TPU's review of the Nitro+ Sapphire Nitro+

Your's are slightly higher, but the difference could be explained by the case (or open bench) used for the review vs your case. I don't see anything alarming about 82 degrees while gaming

This is normal (I have a reference 5700 XT, no overclock, auto-undervolt). You can try the auto-undervolt feature in WattMan. I get 80C to 85C when playing PUBG on competitive settings (keeping 144 Hz as much as possible).

Amazingly, Jedi: Fallen Order (mixed High and Epic settings, 1080p 144Hz) is only pushing 75C to 80C.

anything under 88 celsius is fine imo, if it ever hits 90 then im concerned, if 98 then something is very very wrong

I did not know Radeon overlay worked with Destiny 2. Right on.

As for your temps, you could always adjust your gpu fan curve to trade some noise for lower temps.

Are you using the normal or quiet BIOS?
82C is not very high for a ~250Watt card.
Without knowing the ambient(room) or the case temperature nobody can say for sure if something is wrong or not. We can only make rough assumptions...

Keep it under 85C (I think max Tj is 95C) and it will be fine.
For me personally is a bit high (82C) but that’s me having a thing with temps in general. I would try to keep it 75C max and do what is necessary for that, like control room/case temps, case air flow, GPU/case fan curves etc... etc...

A. Had you been choosing a card, I would have said go with the 2070 over the 5700 XT and temps is one of the reasons why. Not that the test temp of 73C at full load is scary in any way .... but cooler is better.

Compared with the reference 2070 @ 1440p
MSI 2070 Gaming Z = 100 / 96 x 144.5 / 133.5 OC = 112.75
233 watts peak gaming / 70 C Unde5 Load w/ OC / 30 dbA

Sapphire Nitro + =100 / 95 x 120.2 / 116.4 OC = 107.70
275 watts peak gaming / 73 C Under Load w/ OC / 33 dbA

Speed = Advantage 2070 by 4.7 %
Power = Advantage 2070 by 42 watts(18%)
Temperature = Advantage 2070 by 3C
Sound = Advantage 2070 by 3 dbA (23%)

B. However, that being said, even the 3C while significant, is not any way make it unworkable. Something is off here, that model should not be that hit.

1. No 82C, is not normal as is evidenced by the TPU data quoted above. But this is meaningless w/o knowing your ambient temperature. Usually the ambient testing temp is kept at 23C which would mean Delta T is +59 C in yur case as compared to 50C so if your ambient temp is 31C - 33C, your operating temps would be "normal". Get a thermometer.

2. Adding up the wattage of all your components , If you don't have a better way, use the link below and look at total wattage not PSU size.

Do you have at least:

(1) 1250 rpm / 140 mm fan (42 cfm) for very 75 - 100 watts of wattage ?
(1) 1250 rpm / 120 mm fan (27 cfm) for very 50 - 75 watts of wattage ?

To compare fan output from various size fans, recognize that the cfm number on the package is bogus. Thats the number of cfm the fan produces against 0 back pressure. real life production is about 50% of what's advertised.

3. Do you have 1.3 to 1.5 times more case fans blowing in than blowing out ? This avoids sucking GPU and PSU exhaust in thru rear grille holes and vented slot vovers

4. Switching to the quiet BIOS would increase GPU temps about +4C ... +6C on memory and +5 on VRMs ... not worth it to save 2 dbA.

But he's not so why bother spewing all that out in regards to a 2070? I have a 5700 pulse, care to lecture me as well?

Ok..
The sapphire 5700XT nitro+ has a switch on the PCB with 3 positions.

1) normal mode
2) quiet mode
3) software controlled

I don’t remember which is which though on the card...

Blowing hot air on already hot components doesnt help them get cooler, it just makes them hotter

Is there any video about how to learn PCB mode ? I really don't know and also i couldn't find how to check it :(

I m not sure but maybe it s about my case. Right of the case and front of the case has tempered glass. My case is Dark Prestige. What do you think ?

You would have to open your computer case and look at the card. there should be a switch on the top of it with indicators as to what mode the card is in. Personally, I don't think you have anything to worry about and this is all just a little above and beyond

The switch is at the left side of the PCB edge looking into the case from side.
I think the pic shows the switch at Normal mode (right position). The middle position is the quiet one and left is the software controlled (trixx software)
When is at middle(quiet) the fans low the rpm for silence but could raise the temp 3~5C. It actually lower the temp because the clocks are lower also.

As for the case airflow, could be what you say about the front tempered glass

The manual can tell you what position is what (find this at the card's website)...or read a review on the card...
Actually it clears it out.

Mine is like this. I hope you can understand in this photo.
Look like you are on the software control position, its there by default (out of the box). This means you can switch between the 2 modes ("Performance" and "Quiet") by the TRIXX software. Requires a restart to take effect.
If you dont have the TRIXX you should install it, so you can have full control of the card.

The differences between the 2 modes are:
1) Clocks
2) Fan speed
3) Power draw
4) Temperature

The "Performance mode" raise all the above 4 aspects

Is there any video about how to learn PCB mode ? I really don't know and also i couldn't find how to check it :(

I m not sure but maybe it s about my case. Right of the case and front of the case has tempered glass. My case is Dark Prestige. What do you think ?

Unfortunately most cases... of RGB cases are beauty/looks over function...

Mine was designed for air flow, that was before rgb was a cool thing...
