Sapphire today released version 6.0.0 of TriXX its graphics card overclocking, tuning, and monitoring utility, included with Sapphire graphics cards, yet compatible with a wide variety of graphics cards. Version 6.0.0 comes with a revamped user-interface that not only gives you key readouts of your graphics cards, but also organizes its key functions so the main window doesn't look cluttered.

Since it's the first major release since AMD launched its new generation "Polaris" GPUs, TriXX supports the Radeon RX 480, RX 470, and RX 460; with special features supported on Sapphire custom-design graphics cards. To begin with, on the new Sapphire NITRO+ series graphics cards, it features the Fan Check function, which tests the health of the fans, and alerts customer support to send replacement fans. It also supports NITRO Glow, letting you customize RGB LED lighting, including 5 lighting presets. Lastly, you can now set up to five profiles for your settings.

Why is MSI Afterburners old skin still the best looking of these utilities? (it still isn't pretty) .

Probably 'cause it's a simple list of sliders with numbers next to 'em instead of useless oversized imagery.

Wrong screenshot, looks like Sapphire's site isn't updated yet. Can anyone with a radeon card post one here?

Yeah, but still has those unnecessary (and horrible) glossy textures. Window is not resizeable.

I wish they made a modern looking version, perhaps a bit like NXZT's CAM software, or just a simple windows interface like Throttlestop, G/CPU-z, CPUID Hardware monitor, etc.

I've been using Afterburner on my Sapphire again, because I like the built-in screenshot ability of Afterburner. Unless I somehow missed that capability in Trixx? Other than that, Trixx is very solid.

If I'm honest, I wish someone would make an overclocking app that doesn't use any of the damn skins, you know, like ATiTool or ATi Tray Tools used to be. How about just a standard Windows interface with regular sliders and no gigantic stupid "speed" gauges? I'm getting PTSD from all the garbage asian tools with bitmap skins back from early 2000 all over again...

Better than the old version, but still very busy. If you are not touching the voltage, and don't need a detailled monitor, you can just stick with the radeon panel,I find it very elegant. I wish that the UI designer would go more towards what intel is doing with Intel XTU, or amd crimson, instead of space opera ship cockpit.
For those that find After burner too busy too, someone made this: http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=379512.

Ok, thats probably the ugliest monitoring software ever. Glossy textures, multiple non matching shades of blue/teal, with touches of green, orange, yellow and red in gradient form.

Afterburner?
Afterburner is skinned.

Yeah, XTU and Crimsom are indeed very good. Thanks for the link, there is an "non skin" option that looks to be exactly what I was looking for:

Is this the version we were speaking about the Crimson drivers holding onto a failed OC even after a re-boot?

Is this your fixed version, oh please say it is!

Thanks for the link, there is an "non skin" option that looks to be exactly what I was looking for:
So I tried it. It doesn't match the windows 10, but looks great anyway. MSI Afterburner is almost perfect for me now. My only remaining wishes are:
- Resizable window, to show more graphics at the same time.
- Show current values for the main parameters somewhere outside the graphs, perhaps in little boxes, a la GPU-Z (but without enormous gauges please).
- Toggle to make the graphics show data for the whole last hour.
- Monitor CPU clock speed.
