I owned the M12II 520w a few years back before they we're fully modular. In my mind...it was the quietest power supply I've ever owned...and I'm not talking about the fan. I'm very touchy when it comes to "high pitch whining" from power supplies and that M12II was the most dead silent power supply I've ever had. Having a quiet fan was just a bonus....:).
