I did a quick search for reviews and from the discussion it appears the unit is outsourced and not manufactured by Seasonic. It does have 5-year warranty though.

First I have seen a III ... the II was and still is a great PSU and often available for $35. These A12s as well as the M212s were built on Seasonics GB Bronze Platform and appeared in many forms ....Antec Neo Eco 400/620 (C), Antec High Current Gamer (M) 400-620, XFX Core 450-550, XFX TS 550 Bronze, Seasonic S12II Bronze, Seasonic M12II Bronze 520-620.

This is a budget PSU built on a outdated platform unlike newer DC-DC Plattforms . This unit does not even include Japanese Capacitor like Seasonic claims to. Seasonic is wrong to claim it use Japanese capacitors. Besides there is no OTP/OCP what so ever.

If you have expensive RIG, I would not recommend it.
