Second Pci-e slot running at x8 gen 1?

I'm not too sure what to make of this. Gpu-z is the only utility reporting that the card isn't running at pci-e 2.0 8x. This is the card running in the second slot in my P67 Sabertooth.

What motherboard are we talking about? You ninja!

Try putting the card under load using something like furmark and check what it says then. It could be the power savings features. Mine jumps between 1.1 and 2.0 depending on load.
