The Titan chair is Secretlab's latest release, a chair for users of up to 130 kg (287 lbs). This chair promises to be comfortable after even long periods of use. It also packs some nice features you won't even find in much more expensive models.

if the PU leather is of good quality it can be as good as the real one.

AKRacing make a non PU covered chair and at $265NZD was probably the best buy I've made in while super comfy and not sticky like PU is when it's hot.... I'd also wish these companie would stop using the term "Leather" when they describe PU IT'S NOT LEATHER

I feel obligated to warn others: I purchased the Titan 2018 six months ago and I feel scammed.

TLDR: Do not buy without trying, first! You'll likely regret it.

This chair is NOT comfortable, in the least! Ergonomics are horrible, like it wasn't designed for an average human... maybe spongebob would feel comfortable. The cushion is still hard as a rock, even after 4 months. My rear starts to get sore after only one minute of sitting. I can't seem to adjust the backrest in a way that feels comfortable with any seating position.

Worst of all, at the lowest height setting, my feet only just barely reach the floor and I'm 5'11". It just doesn't feel right; the minimum setting should be lower. As a consequence, my shoulders must droop down for my hands to reach the keyboard/mouse in normal sitting position, which makes my neck and upper back sore. The lumbar is too high and feels like it makes no difference regardless of setting. The seat cushion shape, besides being hard and making my rear sore, is flat and unintuitive and makes my thighs feel like the circulation is being cut off. You can't sit with one or two legs crossed or you also get circulation cut off.

Honestly, I feel like I was scammed. Sitting in it is a disappointment. Customer service is putting me through the ringer over my complaints and they refuse to let me post a review on their website and keep throwing lame excuses why they won't send me a review link. I'm stuck with a piece of you-know-what and unable to warn others beyond this. Buyer Beware!!
