So I came back home this morning to play some skyrim computer wouldn't boot and I noticed all my ram and my motherboard was fried because the PSU went bad 
(
I had actually just bought a new PSU too but never got a chance to switch it out.
So now instead of paying the premium of more ddr2 and a old board I want to upgrade the CPU, RAM, and Motherboard of my budget PC for cheap, under 400 and overclocks pretty good(at least (30%), any reccomendations
don't care whether its AMD or Intel
