Uninstall & reinstall your gpu drivers & gpuZ afterward. Be sure you completely remove all remnants of gpu driver, & DL it from nvidia directly

Is this a laptop with Intel integrated and NVIDIA dedicated? If yes, then this is normal, since the NVIDIA GPU is disabled for power saving when you are not gaming
