Sir currently we are using desktop system for all users and clients are using following applications

1)MS/Openoffice
2)notepad
3)firefox /chrome and sites like google maps
4)VOIP softphone like 3cxphone

we were planning to move to Thin clients http://www.vamaa.in/SG-PS-LR1N3U.html

will this works for our requirements ?

Can anyone advise server requirements for our Terminal server for around 50 concurrent sessions

also how much GB ram needed ?

When it comes to thin clients, there is much more to consider than server requirements. With 50 concurrent sessions you will need significant network throughput.

The transfer rate of a desktop hard drive is ~100MB/s for sequential reads. If you take that x50 you will start to get an idea of the kind of network bottlenecks you can run into with the move to centralized management of your desktops. Gigabit LAN won't even come close.

Granted this is peak throughput, but unfortunately a move to something as major as transitioning all your desktops to thin clients has so many layers of complexity that you will need a contractor to physically be on site and investigate what your needs are, or if they are even feasible.

Good luck.
