Hoping someone on here who knows more then me may be able to guide me here.
I have a Razer Blade laptop with a Nvidia RTX 3080 TI GPU and i9-12900H CPU @ 2.5GHz.
I dont know how much this would affect your recommendations, but the laptop spends most of its time on my desk at home acting as a desktop. What i mean by that is, its plugged into a big external monitor, keyboard, mouse, soundbar, laptop cooling pad, Audio Interface. The laptop screen is my secondary display, and my 32 inch 4K monitor is my main display.
Very very rarely do i actually remove the laptop from this setup, but when i do, it acts as a portable laptop used for video / photo editing.

Below i've included some screenshots of the ThrottleStop options available to me, and have included a log file.
I don't know if i have a specific goal in mind. If you see anything that jumps out or that you'd recommend, then please feel free to do so.
If you think my temps are too high, please recommend settings to lower my temps while losing minimal performance.
If you thinks my temps are ok, please recommend settings to maximize performance with minimal increase in temps.
Etc. Etc. Etc.

The included log file was written while having a 1440p youtube video running, while also playing the new Mortal Kombat.

I see lots of power limit throttling at only 35W. Try checking the MMIO Lock box in the TPL window. Post an updated log file after you do that.

12th Gen H series are mostly locked down by Intel. Not much can be adjusted to solve these throttling problems.

Your temperatures are poor. No room to increase performance due to poor cooling. CPU cores are reaching maximum temperature 100C which causes thermal throttling.

I am also afraid to say that Razer has a long history of having cooling issues.

You might get cooler temps by using better thermal paste or liquid metal but that comes with dangers. If you are new, I wouldn't try it.

Long short story, you bought a shitty laptop that although has good pieces lacks decent cooling and unlockabiility. Sorry
