Setup A or B

Simple QQestion really. Regarding positive or negative pressure, would A or B be better? with B both rads would be intaking cool air, exhausting out of the front, and probably creating positive pressure in the case.

You have to consider VRM temps in such cramped quarters, airflow will help keep temps down. You have hoses restricting airflow more so in B than A.

how is that loop flowed? Pump > rad > rad >gpu >cpu > pump?

Try it? a bit of fiddling but at the end of the day it's a bit different from setup to setup which is more effective.
In my case I generally had it as intake, for lower coolant temp, but higher case ambiance. The ambiance was less important for me personally. But I did try both and it was a noticible difference. Neither performed poorly though, just different.

Every time I've seen images of your build it never has a side wall on
If you never have it on setup does not matter you might as well be using a test bench.

Yes, in the pic the CPU block was the wrong way around, switched it now.

Option C. Mount your RAD fans to be pulling air through the rads and directly out of the case. You want to always remove heat from a PC, never inject it back in. Thus:

So result is open rear of case will now pull in dirty air and clog rads in no time.

Negative pressure measured in fractions of a percent in PSI, a statistically and practically insignificant difference in the context of a PC case.

Incorrect and deeply flawed assessment. Cases need cleaning regularly as a general rule. If a RAD is getting clogged, more frequent cleaning is need, not a rearranging of fans.

I'd prefer A personally. The airflow is simpler to understand: all air is moving at all locations inside the case towards the top and rear of your computer.

B has the issue of stagnant air: locations where the air isn't moving very much at all. Components in this area won't have as much cooling delivered to them.

No such region exists in A.

Case is viewed from top looking down, motherboard is flat.

Also the smaller rad needs to be going in really, as airflow is blowing onto the vregs on the video card as it has not got the stock cooler to cool it. it does have a heat sink on the regs though, see pic.

I'm gonna see if i can slide the big rad a bit to get a fan on the back, empty place, might eliminate stagnant air there, if i fit one, in or out?

Oh, and here's my "imagination" for how the airflow works in A.

You can see that the green arrows cover the whole region, that no area will be "stagnant". Since airflow is traveling all across your system, it would be the safest option to go with.

Don't forget though, the video card is sticking up like a wall, between the small rad and the space in the middle. The GPU does have airflow from small rads fans.

And that is why turning the fans on both RADs around to suck air out of the case will benefit your setup. Good airflow.

Yep that's why I said you have it setup as well as possible now if you use the side wall
Case is a handicap you might look into a vertical gpu mount though it would let more air pass by the gpu.

I've had my pci-e covers off for years it does allow air to pass through easier.

It would be interesting to have 1 intake and 1 exhaust fan on the bottom radiator. I imagine cooling will be relatively the same or close.

Not sure what video card that is since @Gruffalo.Soldier never filled out specs info. If that was a beefier card I would opt for Option A to keep the heat flowing away from the vcard. Otherwise, I agree with @lexluthermiester assessment.

It'd be fine. That RAD is so close to the GPU the airflow will provide a cooling effect.
