The Sharkoon Light² 100 is the budget version of the Light² 200. Sporting the same shape, PixArt's PMW3325 sensor, and a weight of 78 g, the Light² 100 at just $24.99 only costs half as much as the Light² 200.

Wow. what a terrible mouse. Almost dismissed it as a cheap Zowie EC2 knock-off that was ethically dubious but how hard can it be to copy a plastic shell and slap a Pixart PMW sensor in there?

Turns out it's too hard for Sharkoon. Whether it's the sensor or Sharkoon's firmware, a non-linear sensor performance that seriously fails to meet its CPI settings and skips/malfunctions at common CPI settings and speeds? No thanks, I'd rather use a basic 800dpi office mouse for $10 because at least that is predictable and actually works....

I want to use with daily/office works. I find light 2 l00 arround 10 USD. I usually use 1800/2200 cpi.
  • Base sensor delay
  • Massive CPI deviation
This issues can bother me? (Sorry for my English.)

For office use, not in the slightest. Feel free to go ahead and get one.
