Sharkoon expands their product lineup with three DACs with integrated headphone amplifiers. Two are meant for mobile devices, such as smartphones and laptops, and one is a simple USB sound card. They share many characteristics, but the most important is a good price-performance ratio.

Hi, could you confirm if the mobile DAC PD also uses the BES3100 DAC chip?

The hiss with low-impedance headphones is the one problem I have with Creative's Sound Blaster Play! 3, which otherwise is a similar handy USB sound card. It works fine for headphones with inline volume knobs (like the Creative H series heahpones, I have the H5 fr example), or high impedance headphones (it even has a setting for 600ohm+ headphones) but I can't use it with the Sennheiser HD590CS headphones because of the annoying hiss. It's sad to see the issue also in this product.

If you have access to a Play! 3 I wonder if a comparison of the level of hiss is possible?
