Yeah do some cable management and take the orange and green sticker off. It looks too much like John Deere  The skull is ok though. You could throw in some red lights to match the skull...

Nice big hole at the top for a 120\140mm fan :p. Cut all the fan guards of the case and add your own

The stickers have got to go.
Paint the inside
Clean up those wires
Replace the window with new plexiglass (local hardware store)
If she wants lights... LET THERE BE LIGHT.

Reminds me of them "Alienwarez" systems (looking at the front of the case - them 'eyes').
If you wake up one day and have absolutely nothing at all to do, then try this:

Buy plastic paint (for the plastic parts of the case) buy 1xWhite/Beige 1xGrey/Silver , best it to use Humbrol spray paint or an airbrush. Then for the metal parts buy the same colors but for metal (aerosol for cars etc.) except for the interior, that one shall be "neon green".

Now paint the exterior in the above colors, and the interior in the neon green. Get 2x UV/Black-Light cold cathodes. For the front "eyes" get red LED's , best is them "Super Bright" by Nakamichi or whatever the company is called. If you don't want to have a grey/silver theme.. then try Gloss black (Humbrol # 21) , and perhaps change the neon green interior to neon red, and the eyes to green LED's. Just imagine...

Well sometimes I wake up on a saturday (just an example) and I don't have anything to do. Then I do something. If I don't wish to look at a movie or the tele or even play a game.. Why not do something creative then?

replace the psu
remove all the stickers (unless shes into goth)
add etched glass effect on the window (if shes into goth go with the skull theme to match the stickers)
add lighted fans everywhere in the color she likes
assuming its old, replace the cd with a new modern dvd drive

thats about the most you can do until you replace the mb and everything on it
