Should I reinstall W7?

Hi.

I built a new system with LGA 1156 I5.
I used to have a system with AMD Phenom. I just pulled the SSD from that build and connected it with the new Intel build.

Should I reinstall WIndows 7 because it's running on different platform? I"m mainly concerned because it's an SSD and its lifespan is quite volatile and not as cheap as a HDD. If it was a HDD, I'd probably reinstall, but in this case, what should I do?

Yea its best to start anew with a clean install, avoids some dumb issues down the road with the different chipsets

Yes attempting to minimize writes to your SSD is good practice but let it be within reason. You aren't gonna realistically "wear it out" dude don't worry...
